As a citizen of a Caribbean country , I am non-resident for US tax purposes. My profile reflects
a US post office address as a convenient way of receiving mail. I cannot seem to change my address to
reflect my correct domicile outside the US. Any suggestions.

Hello @Edgates,
Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into road-blocks updating your address. If you need to update your address to a non-US or US Territory address, you would need to create a PayPal account in that country you are currently residing. If you still live in the US seasonally, you can keep your US PayPal account as well. Otherwise, it's best to close your US PayPal account if you're living outside the US full-time.
Best wishes and have a great day!
