There's a little problem: to be able to "message us", one has to LOG IN first... And this thread is about "I can't log in"

To access the option to contact without logging in, please navigate as follows: 

Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal Website, then Contact Us, then choose the issue labeled Password and account access, then Login Problems. Your contact options will be listed at the bottom of that page. Alternatively, you can also PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

can't contact paypal becase i can't log in.

nammber are corect. this is first time when this hapen.
