My email address is used already

Hello, I find out that my another email is used by paypal as well. I have access to this email but the phone numer is not mine (from my ex wife).

What can I do?

At least the phone number is not belonging to some stranger. You’ll need ex wife’s help to log on by receiving sms text code at her phone number and add another email address as the primary email address and then remove your email address.

But its like stranger, she is using it without that I know.

She is a criminal so I cant contact her to solve this.

What else options do I have? I have access to this email address but cant do anything

I have access to this email but not to the phone number.

Can I report somewhere that someone is using my name/email address for paypal??
