2nd user to receive email payment notification

Can a secondary user (not the account owner) receive email notifications for payments received? Can this be set up in his or her profile settings?

I do understand your query. This function is currently not avilable I'm afraid. Payment notifications will always be sent to the primary email address on your PayPal account. If you want to change where the payment notifications are sent, you would need to update the primary email address.
