PayPal did not require a sign-in for me, saying that it remembered my computer. I want it to forget my computer and require password or 2-factor authorization. I cannot find the settings to change this.

Sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. You can manage the devices and browsers you use to log into your PayPal account. Here's how you can manage the devices :
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
- Click Security.
- Click Manage next to "Manage where you log in." and follow the instructions.
I hope this helps
