Please stop ALL automatic payment withdrawals for Total AV from my bank account. I do not remember giving permission for these withdrawals or signing up for this service. Please STOP ALL FUTURE WITHDRAWALS.
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
