I don't recieve confirmation in my email nor in phone

I am asked to reset my password, I enter my email then phone number but I don't recieve any message in both of them, I tried to contact all social media official pages as I was instructed to do and also on phone number that connects me with an automatic responder with no help, eachone redirects me to another . my money is hold for weeks now !!

I'm sorry but are you sure you read my post ? I did contact paypal on twitter and facebook and called your service on phone, paypal twitter asks me to contact customer service on phone and the later asks me to inquire in the official website. I did try all the suggestion you made but no one provides me a solution

I recently had issues with getting a confirmation text for something and was told by someone to turn my phone off and then back on and it resets the phone somehow. I did that and was then able to get the confirmation text that I needed. So try turning your phone off and back on….
