Completing the "add additional email" procedure but email isn't getting added.

Hi all,

i need to add an additional email address in the profile of my paypal business account. I go through the procedure, i am been sent to my cell phone the confirmation code, completing the input, procedure says that completed successfully but when browser refreshes, email isn't there.

 

If i immediately going to repeat the process, it ain't letting me. However, if a couple of hours pass, i can go through the same procedure again, without success obviously.

Try another browser sometimes that works, failing that if you are using the web try the app or vice versa.
