I am unable to change business address.

Under "Account Settings - Account owner information - Address" I am trying to update the business address. I get the error message
"This is your billing address for at least 1 of your linked cards. Before you edit your address, go to the My Money tab in Settings and add a new billing address in the card details."
I am unable to find this as my current card is not listed there.

I'm sorry you're having trouble updating your business address. A great Help Center article you may find useful is: How do I edit the billing address linked to my card? If your card still isn't showing, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
