Thank you for contacting PayPal Community. 

I see you would like to void permissions to your PayPal account. If you have set up a business account and there are other users who have access to the account, you can Manage them accordingly as per your convenience. If you're referring to anything else, you can contact PayPal Support directly with your detailed concern.
