Hi @gamaleldin    Thank you for making a post.    I see you're facing issues to withdraw funds and are getting error. Please check if there are any limitations placed on your account and also check if any additional verification is required. The payments can also be denied by the card issuer or bank end as well. It would be recommended to check once with them as well. Make sure the information on your bank and PayPal are exactly same. Hi @SerahI    Thank you for making a post.    I see you've questions about a withdrawal that you tried to make. Any withdrawal that goes through will be reflected in PayPal activity page. Try to log in using a computer and check once if you're able to find the transaction. If the withdrawal did not go through and the transaction is in pending status, it means it is being reviewed for security reasons which can take up to 72 hours. If the status is completed, then it might take 5 business days for the payment to reflect in your bank account. Hi @Boris-tat    Thank you for making a post.    I see your funding method on a subscription payment has changed and that is very unusual. If there are funds in your PayPal balance then your balance will be charged first and then the card or bank will be charged for the remaining amount. If you had set up a back up funding source and the payment from the card failed due to any reason, it is possible that the other payment method could have been charged. However, they have not received the money yet, and you're not able to see the transaction in your PayPal activity page. It is possible that you have sent the payment directly through your card, without logging in to your PayPal account. I would recommend you to contact PayPal directly via phone or message center so that they can track the payment for you using the card details. In such cases, first check if there are any limitations placed on your account and try to resolve them in the resolution center. Make sure that your account is verified and you've confirmed your identity as well. If you have completed all these and still get the error, try to clear your cache-cookies, data and use a different device to log in. If that doesn't help too, you can contact PayPal directly over the phone or message center so that they can look into your account and help you accordingly. Hi @bilnrobn    Thank you for making a Post.    I see you're not happy with a particular merchant and would like to stop any upcoming payments with them. No need to worry, a merchant cannot directly charge you without your authorization. However, check if you have any active subscription or billing agreement set up with them and cancel it so that you do not get charged again. Make sure to cancel the subscription from the merchant end as well on their website.    If any payments are taken out of your PayPal account without your authorization, you can always report them in the Resolution center.  I hope this helps.    regards,  Punith   ...
