I understand that you are trying to transact on Reverb and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Make sure you have completed all the necessary steps within PayPal if you just set up your PayPal account. You also must grant permission to your PayPal account by verifying your PayPal account. To be “Verified”, you need to have confirmed email address and a confirmed financials linked to PayPal. Here's the help center article to verify your PayPal account.
