Not with personal accounts. When conducting transactions online both parties should know who their dealing with.
If you run a business as individual or company, you may upgrade your personal account to a business account or just open a separate business account with different email address to utilize business name, address, email address, phone to interface with the public while still providing account holder information to PayPal.
Keep in mind that since business accounts can no longer accept friends and family payments, it’s advisable to open a business account to accept sales payments and keep a personal handy to send/receive friends and family payments.
