Please I'm a Ghanaian and I've noticed that there is no option Ghanaians who genuinely wants to do do business via PayPal account. the choice for country selections excludes my country; is there any means by which i can sign up in my country ?

There are quite a lot of countries where paypal is not available yet and you can't use another countries paypal account unfortunately.
