why do I always have to do 2 factors access even if I've never set it? from the android app and also from the computer I always have to receive a call or an sms after putting my password. How can I change this?

Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
but I know about some friends that can enter the app (and the website) only using their fingerprint... How can I set that setting like them?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
