Unable to raise sending limit

Hi, I keep getting an error message when I try to raise my sending limit. Been trying this all day. Could you help me fix this?

You need to verify your PayPal account, this can simply be done by adding and confirming a bank account or confirming your debit/credit card 🙂

I am trying to make sense of all this - why do I have to add a new card to my account when the card I am using has be in force for 5-6 years????? Is PayPal jusyt **bleep** around with us or is it a scam as the events in 2011/2012 appear to have been......?

The instructions in the email I receive do not match anyting on the web pages the links take you to (including my full detaiks page but instructions to click 'Get Verified' cannot be followed as there is no such link.............................................ffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu..

If you have reached the limit on your PayPal Account please log into your account and go to the Resolution Centre. There are steps to complete in order to become fully verified, you may also be required to provide a valid Photo ID and Proof of Address so please have these ready.
