Paypal did not return the money of verification

That's strange.

In some regions though, the confirmation charge is returned to your card directly rather than to your PayPal balance. Where is your PayPal account based?

We'd like to research this further so would you consider contacting us on Facebook or Twitter like Anna suggested?

That way, we can pull up your details on our side and get you the specific assistance that you need here.

I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I wrote already on Facebook but no one answered.
The problem is I do not have the option to add money to my account.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been kept waiting on a response to your Facebook message 😞

 I'm afraid the feature to add funds to your PayPal balance is not available in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In your region, payments cannot be funded by your PayPal balance and instead, you would really need to use a Visa Card or Master Card to make payments.

I wish I had better news to share with you though and I hope this explains why you couldn't find the 'add funds' feature on your side.

Hi eturneja,

In your region, any funds you receive into your PayPal account go to your pending balance. They belong to you, but you can't use them or withdraw them usually for 30 days. 

On the first day of every month, your available balance is transferred automatically to the Visa card you selected. This automatic transfer is free. You can also withdraw payments from your available balance at any time at a small cost.
