Limited Account

I have sent PayPal various emails asking for help and I only get a generic response. Which is useless as I need them to know I've moved out of the country (UK) and no longer have any proof of address for my old address so I'm stuck with a limited account and rent money I cannot put into my bank.

Generally speaking, when you move country, we ask you to close your existing PayPal account and create an account in your new region.

 

I'm sure you weren't aware of this though and that why I would like you to reach out to us on one of our other social media channels so we can troubleshoot this further. That way, we can pull up the details of this case and take it from there.
