No driver's license. Student ID?

I'm a teenager and I don't have a driver's license yet, and I don't even know what is a military identification card is? So can I use my student ID?

You would need to ask paypal that one, but you are not allowed to open a paypal account until you are 18.

My account is limited right now. However, can I still make any purchases? If I deposit money in my bank account, will the amount in PayPal increase the same as my bank account.
