Getting peed off i dont drive and do not have a passport and they have limited my account but they want a drivers license or passport as proof of who i am but i dont have what can i do

Apply for a passport OR get a citizen card and see if they will accept that.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
