I completely agree. I've had it with paypal. For crying out loud, ebay owns the company. I understand times are rough and companies need to make money, but using ours is rediculous! All they are doing is raising money on ours in their banks! There's gotta be something legally we can do about this. Anyone know which lawfirm represents paypal? I have NO problem starting a class action lawsuit.

I'm at the point where I need my money in "paypal jail" to ship my sellings on ebay!!!! Enough is enough.

Why not present this outrage to the media?  A lot of TV stations will air these arrogant corporation high handed policys.  Maybe we can get some satisfaction this way.  I have spent hours trying to contact either PayPal or Ebay and it is virtually impossible to get any answers.  I have written a consumer complaint to our state Attorney General.

Hi:   Not only I don't think it is legal to withhold money for 60 days but recently my balance in reserve disappeared.

I called Paypal and they tell me that they are having computer problems.   Such a hassle trying to get my money back.

Let's write to small business bureau.  I still like Ebay because of their huge exposure and Paypal for its convenience

I'm with you my friend, I just checked out Ipods on ebay and their listings have been cut more that 80% average from the past, including all mine and a $15,550 in sales average of which 1500.00 is earning interest for ebay and paypal, but the bottom line is here in America you cannot shove this crap down American's throat. I am tired of all the negative feedback threats of suspension, DST rating and a lot of **bleep** customers giving you unfair feedback and Ebay/Paypal backing them with their threats of suspension. I have been in communist controlled counties and all the ebay/paypal power, or should I say ex-power feels familiar. My shrink says that I do not need this **bleep** any more and phase out my operation. Bitter, yes I am!! and it will take me a long time to get over this bull**bleep** as I have worked my **bleep** off too get to this point of frustration with Ebay and Paypal. A far as I am concerned you Ebay/Paypal communist **bleep** can take your operation back to China and other countries that will take this **bleep**!! I don't think your paid off politicians and judges and crooked lawyers in this country can help you this time with your illegal policies. This is America you Communist, land of the free, and you can stick it where the sun don't shine. Am I nuts, maybe so, but these crook have helped it along the way.

I don't work for Pay PAL or E-BAY,however enough already about how bad they are.Look at your own short comings and lack of how this company and the pressure that they are under for doing the right things for all of us sellers and buyers alike,By the way I had to close my premium store due to lack of operating capital and marketing knowledge and I promise to return with a new store and appreciate the safety afforded by the new rules.

It is obvious to the vast majority of us that you ARE an employee of Ebay/Paypal.  Before your employer, Ebay/Paypal, empowers you to respond to these blogs, they should, first,  make sure that you have a command of the English language.  You don't know how to put a sentence together, your spelling is atrocious (there is a spell check feature), and your punctuation needs work. If one closes their eyes and has your posts read to them, it's easy to think you are speaking directly with an Ebay/Paypal customer service representative.

You speak of  working capital.  Ebay was not created for people to have working capital.  It was created as a site where people could sell their wares and make an income.  For many people, it's a place where they can turn their unused/unwanted items into much needed cash. At a time when so many people are out of work, losing their homes to foreclosure, struggling to make ends meet, and trying to keep a family fed,  this is even more important.  Working capital is not, and can not be, in their vocabulary.  Survival is the only thing that's important.

Paypal was created as a means for buyers to pay for their item immediately and for sellers to receive their money almost instantaneously.  To have to beg for one's own money is just plain wrong.

In one of your posts, you said Ebay/Paypal is "good".  Please look up the meaning of the word in the dictionary. These are only some of the meanings of the word:  

1. Being positive or desirable in nature; not bad or poor

2. Not spoiled or ruined

3. Superior to the average; satisfactory

4. Worthy of respect; honorable

5. Pleasant; enjoyable

6. Socially correct; proper

In my opinion,  Ebay/Paypal does not meet even one of these meanings.

Hi To All...I have dealt with big business before and most of the time the little guy loses.. But, There are a few things that big companies really don't want to see the little guy do!! Let me start from the beginning... I ordered an item from someone (A NEW Epson 4000 PRO printer ) some years back. It was shipped by a big parcel company and insured..When I received the package the box looked like it had been drug behind the truck.. It was vary apparent that the printer has suffered a grate beating and one that the printer would not be able to overcome..I called the company and for eleven weeks the company keep giving me the runaround..First told me the driver said the box was fine when he drooped the package off..Then i sent pictures of tape with there company logo on it all over the box? Then they said we must have had a mishap and we will send some one over to check out the damage..six weeks later still no one?? I called and i called..They kept telling me when someone comes available they will stop by my house to make a claim..Then just as i was going to writing the hole thing off...( I don't make a hole lot of money and i saved for over a year for this printer so writing this kind of money off is a big deal) A friend of mine's father told me about the BBB. After i filed a formal compliant with the BBB. It was not even three days later i got phone calls and the little brown truck pulled up the drive way to make a claim on the damage to the printer..A week later i was refunded my money from the seller got the shipping refunded and got the satisfaction of knowing that no matter how big a company is theres always someone out there to knock them down a few pegs.. If a company gets too many complaints this will hurt there credit score and there business trust with other businesses..And yes all businesses have to have a decent credit no matter how big they are...Trust me if enough people file complaints with the BBB paypal will give a **bleep**..Try it and see,whats the worst can happen you loss a little of your time... Anyway it worked for me..ONE person can make a difference but a hole lot of people can move a mountain...Thank you all for reading and have a nice day
