So, I wanted to ask a simple question. Paypal's ridiculous & tortuous system made it impossible for me to do so, by which time I was so angry that I decided to make a formal complain. Having gone through the process of explaining everything in writing, I was asked to "sign" the form by selecting a date & stating my name.
The correct date is not on the calendar!!!!!!
The 26th is missing, so according to the calendar, today is Thursday the 30th March!!
Absolutely pathetic! And I'm trusting these people to correctly manage my money? What a joke
So of course I couldn't send my complaint in. How convenient for Paypal.
