Ok, you can write your Congressman if you wish, or anyone else you think cares. I wrote to the Attorney General and the FTC many months ago, including over 150 pages of these posts,. There is also a Class Action suit being filed. If you go back and read some of the 170 pages here, you will see that many have travelled many avenues, but Paypal is still holding funds. Ebay, it appears, no longer wants the little guy to sell. They are no longer the "place to sell your unwanted items and earn an income". I no longer sell on Ebay and don't know if I will ever try again or not. I do know that if I sell an item, I will not send it out (at my expense) to a buyer who may or may not leave feedback, may or may not say they never got the item, may or may not scam me. As a person who has worked hard all my life for everything I got, I'm not about to hand something over to someone else for free, especially when someone else (Ebay and Paypal) profit from the scam. Some people have sent items and the buyer (scam artist) has told Paypal they never received or it wasn't according to the description. Their funds were refunded back to them and the seller sits scratching his/her head, while Ebay and Paypal profitted from the listing and sale. Paypal reads these posts, evident by some of their own posts. You would think that if they cared one small bit, things would change. No change means they couldn't care less. Buyer protection??? I would think seller protection would be at the forefront, however, as you can see, the seller doesn't mean Jack to Ebay. Ebay is trying to get rid of the sellers like you and me. This has been their intent from the beginning of this atrocity of "Buyer protection:. Some of us are just a little slower than others at seeing this. In the not so distant future, buyers will stop coming to Ebay because of the issues with the small sellers. They won't know who they can trust to send out their items once they've paid for them, so they'll just stop coming, period. Ebay, the greedy grinch will then cease to exist. Goodbye Ebay!!!
