How do I add the buyer's return shipping costs onto a refund? Paypal only allows a refund of the exact amount or less. I need to add some cash.

Hi Kitchenpan,
This does seem like an unfortunate design flaw. To work around it, I suggest using the PP's send money feature, assuming you know the buyer's PP email address, to refund the shipping costs. Be sure to categorize the payment as "Personal," and not "Purchase." Personal payments don't have any fees.
