i bought two items on same seller on one transaction : Transaction #5BH08459XF4741922 -$14.80 USD my items did not arrived.already contacted seller they said want to send for a replacement but yet still did not arrive to me.i open a dispute to get a refund but it stated "item not as described" and seller/paypal want me to do return shipping to the seller while i dont have any items to return because i dont get it.and then paypal closed my case and i just get a partial refund for 3dollars only.i think this is not fair to me as a buyer.i lose money.
