Does anyone know the new Windows 10 as I am having trouble trying to find how to use it.
I have a new Laptop, which seems to have a few 'teething problems', probably just me getting used to the new system, but I cannot figure out how to empty the cache or delete my browsing history or if I can do that.
I also find that although the Laptop has an 8GB RAM, the page takes ages to refresh, almost a slow as 'dial up' and makes me think there may be something wrong.
I'm not sure what exactly you are trying to complete on your account. I understand that you have installed Windows 10 but are you experiencing difficulties on the PayPal website?
If you need to make any changes to your account, you should be able to do this through the Settings page on your account.
