Hello, having trouble with adding money to my paypal from my back account. It comes up with the screen where there are options like sending a photo ID,etc. I took a pic of my photo license to send, but when I go to drag the pic file into the drag box it will not let me. I researched this and seems like a Windows 10 operating problem. I don't know how to overcome this. I would like to contact paypal on this. Can anyone tell me an email or phone to contact. Thank you any help will be appreciated.
