Withdraw account number doesn't fit (Only 15 digits, mine is 16)

Hello,

I'm trying to withdraw money from paypal to my bank account.

I know where it is and everything, and filled everything out, except the last "Account Number" question.

My account number has 16 digits but it only allows me to fill in 15, help?

I use Bangkok Bank debit card.

OK but as you are posting on the U.K forum its best to say that you are not in the U.K.

In your country you can't withdraw to a card only to a bank account linked and verified to your paypal account.

So in your last sentence you mention your debit card, are you trying to imput the long card number rather than your actual bank account number??

I have a bank account/debit card.

And I put in the biggest number on the card. The main number on the card.

Thats what you are doing wrong, you can't withdraw to a CARD in your country.

You need to put in your BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, in the UK that number is below the big number in the middle after the sort code but it may be different in your country.

But you need to actually add your bank account number, if in doubt ask your bank.

Hi Skify,

As Kernowlass has advised, you can only withdraw funds within the UK to a bank account and not a credit/debit card.

You would not be required to confirm your account before you will be abel to withdraw the funds to your bank account. You need to add your bank account number and sort code through the settings page on your account and then you will be able to withdraw your funds.
