Two different browsers (Pale Moon and Internet Explorer); Windows 7 professional operating system.
When selecting send and request, screen requests recipients E-mail address. No options present anywhere to select payment type. When proceeding, I can go all the way to confirm and send without ever getting option to select "Pay for goods and services". I am locked into "Friends and family".
When on the phone to Paypal help, I was given the URL to go to the page with the select payment type options. This URL does an instant referral to my account page. From there, I am back in the same situation where I am unable to select payment type.
Obviously bad HTML code somewhere, but Paypal seems unable or unwilling to own up to it. Any suggestions?
