Ok,
I've been struggling for some time now.
I wish to add another ACC, but cannot, I have tried on three computers, 4 different web browsers (on each) I even installed a web browser fresh to try and get over this.
Devices - Windows 7, Windows 10, iPad, Samsung Tablet.
OS's - Opera, Chrome, IE, Firefox
I need to do this first so I can then remove the other.
I have tried on all of these clearing the Cache etc.
I have been unable to use my account for some time.
I am thinking it will be easier to close this account and open another. But trying that and I get that same message.
