Yesterday, at 8:27pm I ordered an item. Shortly after, I changed my mind and sent email asking to cancel the order.
Today, at 8:15am, I received a reply saying that the itrem had been despatched and they couldn't cancel.
Firstlly, I find it difficult to believe that they actually sent the item during that period, secondly, why are they refusing a refund?
What can I do?

Personally as i was the one that ordered it then i would accept it and re-sell it myself if i no longer wanted it.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I would first like to get the correct result of a refund, but if all else fails I might consider that.
