Paypal Payment Failed BUT was MONEY taken out on my Bank account

Im using a debit visa card and my payment was declined twice. Then I checked my bank account and it was debited the amount that I was paying for twice. What am I supposed to do? Where did the money go?

I’m having the same problem. Ordered something with Next. The order failed at Next but Paypal have taken the money. It’s in my pending list but I don’t have the option to cancel

If it’s on Pending, I think you should contact your bank. Your money is still on your account. But in my case, there no records in Paypal.
