How to appeal against decision in customer favour - customer refunded by PayPal unfairly

Hi

Long story but...

Customer, in our view, did not tell the truth and Paypal decided in her favour

In our view this is unfair and we want to appeal.

If we cant lodge an appeal we would have to take legal action again the customer and as we love our customers we dont want to!
