I placed an order, received nothing even close to what I ordered. Contacted seller and after some back and forth they have offered me a 60% refund and I can keep the items to sell. When I click the "Accept and Reply" button in the resolution center, nothing really happens. It looks like it's submitting my reply but it's not. I've been trying to accept this offer for 3 days now. I've tried 2 browsers on my PC and my browser on my phone. All do the same thing. It's like there's something wrong on PayPals end. Any help?
