Paid by insufficient funds

Help I’ve paid for some ryan air flights with an account with no funds in now I’m in minus balance I’ve had confirmation from the flight so will paypal have already paid them and I have to refund paypal I don’t know what to do

When you pay a seller it is never instant > paypal credit them for you and then start the process of uploading your funds to paypal from your funding source. This is done so you get your item / service more quickly.

If when paypal go to upload your funds from your funding source it fails then they put your account into negative and if it was from a bank account they may try a few days later, if that again fails they try your back up funding source if you have one linked ie a card.

If ALL of that fails then they start sending you emails to pay them back and limit your paypal account.
