Paid with PayPal (No funds in wallet)

To Whom it concerns, 

I recently paid using PayPal when I had no fund sin my wallet. The purchase was accepted. Therefore how long will it take PayPal to take payment. Currently no payment has been taken from my account. My primary payment method on PayPal is via Debit Card, no Bank account has been linked. 

Do I need to do anything?

Can be from a few hours to a few days as paypal credit the seller the funds and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer to reimburse them.
