Alright let's run down the list of things. I sell an item and I request the money from someone so far so good. I get an email from what I had assumed to be just a confirmation email that the funds were sent, it was in Spanish idk why and I had been too busy to check at the time and forgot about it. Turns out I was required to press a link to accept the funds, couple days after I get verification from the post office the item was delivered and I got another email stating the funds were cancelled by the person sending them with a message attached "it's easy to make sure this doesn't happen again". Following this I promptly throw the Spanish email through a translate and then press the link to accept the funds, no idea why but I was desperate, however I think this completely messed with pay pal systems as currently. Currently I can only find any mention of this transaction in their report a problem area on the website however it says "paid" and has no id number and will not let me select it to open a dispute. Currently I submitted emails to customer service Thursday night, after the automated message I have gotten no response. Any explanation, advice or information on what action I could take would be greatly appreciated. First time using PayPal to sell items and if this doesn't get resolved I do not think I will be using it again.
