Fax

I am faxing paypal about a change of name and the fax won't go through. It says the number is not answered!!

Welcome to the PayPal community forum. I am sorry to hear that your fax is not going through. Have you considered the other option of uploading them? This is a much quicker and easier option. Please follow the steps below for the option to upload your documents. 

1. Go to your Settings.
2. Click Change next to your name. (Legal or typographical change)
3. Follow the instructions.
