I loaned some money to someone overseas who said he'll send me the money back in a couple of weeks. I used the buyer protection method rather than sending via family/friends. The money hasn't been returned and probably won't be returned so I want to open a claim. The money was taken from my balance. Which option should I choose when opening the claim as there wasn't any kind of exchange of goods/services?
