Trying to send money to a friend, paypal not having it. at wits end.

Originally tried using my bank account, wouldnt work;

Tried doing it from my card, wouldnt work;

Transferred money to my paypal balance, wouldnt work.

I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues sending a payment. It sounds like your payment is being stopped by our internal security system. This system is designed to stop payments that have a high risk. Is your account verified? If not then I would recommend completing the verification process as this can help when payments are being blocked by our internal security system. If your account is already verified and you are still receiving the same error, you should ask your friend to try sending you a payment request to see if that helps.
