Hi. Someone from the US has offered to pay me 3500 US dollars. But he took a screenshots of the PayPal website showing the transaction where it says that I have to pay 100 dollars to complete the clearance fee. I just wanna know if this is legit because I can't see anything in my transactions and I haven't received an email either.
Update: he's asking me to send the clearence fee through family and friends? That's really suspicious especially since I can't ask for a refund if they do scam me.
