eBay Europe Sarl fee but never listed or sold

I have never listed or sold anything on eBay EVER! And my account has been inactive for years but out of the blue I have been charged a fee taken directly out of my account for 14 USD. This seems like a scam

Sounds as if your Ebay account may have been hijacked and used by another to sell items?

Can you go log on to your Ebay account and click on selling and see if there are any sold transactions that may have been ''archived''?

If so then i would change your password asap and then contact Ebay about it.
