Refund Request - How to?

Hi
I made a payment of £120 for a job that has not been done and the person is not replying.
I go to resolution centre and the only request I can put in is that someone has used my account without my permission.
Any ideas on how I can get my refund?

If you are only seeing the option to report your transaction as unauthorised then it sounds like your payment was sent as a personal payment. If this is the case then I'm afraid you would be unable to dispute this as we do not offer Buyer Protection for this types of payments. Personal payments are designed for sending payments to friends and family members. I would recommend checking the payment you sent on your transaction history to be sure.
If it has been sent as a personal payment then I would recommend considering taking steps outside of PayPal.
