Refund

I bought for an took a course in December December using PayPal. An element of the course was a written exam the trainer took the papers away but has not submitted them to the awarding body as of today. Would PayPal be able to refund part all of this course fee?

All you can do is open a dispute for 'service not received' and see what happens.
