Hi everyone I have only just noticed I never updated on my Note 9 situation. Well I am typing this on my Note 9 so obviously I received the item. In the end it was a case I ordered causing the issue....the case was out of stock but the phone wasn't....so the whole order got knocked back. Not all good though....anything goes wrong with this phone then I am done for as Samsung will not even touch it, I got a genuine check on it by samsung and they said it is a genuine Samsung product but not from my region meaning they will not warranty the item. I got some my own protection on the phone but it Samsung said even they might not want to fix it depending what goes wrong with but at least its covered for theft. New saga though. I recently purchased a Ipad Pro and a pair of Airpod pros for my wifes 30th because apple themselves said I would be able to purchase apple care for both items if I got from them on TobyDeals. When you order with them they ask for about 3 to 4 days for the item to be dispatched. On the 5th day no email of dispatch, so I emailed them...no answer. 6th day no email of dispatch and I emailed them again, explained I need the item asap to purchase apple care.....ignored it again. Yesterday I had the same issue so this time i emailed them and told them they have 30 days at the very most to get the item to me or I will be returning it even if it gets here, explained apple care gives me a certain amount of days after purchase to buy apple care, so if I can't cover it then the item is useless to me. I also reminded them that I played paypal and I have no problem opening a claim if need so......6 hours later I received a order is been packed notifaction, usually a day later they send me a dispatched email after packing....so we will wait and see. Moral of the story.....give them a deadline and a consequence, then remind them you payed on paypal and you will get somewhere. Also my next phone I am getting from a company called wowcamera....they are a little more than TobyDeals but they advertise valid Samsung warranty and you get it....I purchased my wifes s10 from there and gave samsung her serial number ect for genuine check and they confirmed it has warranty even though it's not a Samsung recommended retailer. Also if you want these low prices wait till black friday....samsung put their £1000 Note 10 plus 5g for £550 on black friday....not seen anyone sell that price before. Also worth noting that Samsung has pulled all phones, tablets, headphones ect off TobyDeals...so that must be bad. I would say I will update you on the iPad situation but I will probably forget for 2 years and then update you....so I will see you all then
