paypal dispute process is such a joke and i’ve never seen a company go so far against their own terms a conditions. It clearly states that if you don’t receive an item you paid for and can prove it then you receive a refund. I have written proof from USPS that the item was never shipped to the address I provided to the seller on paypal. The fact that I lost my dispute when I clearly was scammed makes me sick. Do better paypal. It even got worse when they denied me the dispute win, he then proceeded to email me saying “whoever received the shoes will enjoy them” and “you thought you were gonna win…”. disgusting

Open a chargeback through your card issuer, if that’s how you paid, who will accept your evidence.
