escalate case

I was suppose to escalate my case by 3-23-20 I tried every thing to do so but because of the virus I couldn't do so .The phone service at pay pal said I should talk to ebay but there phone service is not working because of the virus. I called 3-20 20 and tried to send massage to pay pal but I could not do . pay pals phone service is also not working also.  The case # PP-D-57377486 Could you let pay pal know I tried everything to escalate my case the seller would not answer my many emails.

Good day @raymond2214 ! From the day that dispute was filed, it will automatically escalate to a claim if we receive no response from the Seller within 7 days.
