i recently purchased an i phone on depop through paypal for 300 and the seller sent 2 cans of fanta and 7 up instead. i opened a dispute saying the item was not as described and paypal are asking me to send a file from law enforcement or so and i dont understand what they mean. i messaged them in the box saying i dont undeestand what they mean but they took that as my response for the dispute and i habe to wait till 6 days. im worried i wont get my money back

They just want you to report it as a fraud by getting it logged at your police station or getting a crime number and supplying it to them.
Advice is voluntary.
