hi

done a dispute for a transaction taken from my paypal for unauthorised transaction and have been told it still stands, but this also happened in june with the same company and was refunded for the one, how can i escalte it 

i have contacted the company on the paypal payment email address and have an email back saying they dont deal with it its in Japan

 

any ideas
