Hello I need help. I’m in doubt that the person i’m dealing with Is fooling around. I have transferred the amount for good bought but not yet received. I was supposed to receive tracking # after 2 days. After that I was told that the factory had to make a new pair of shoes and this will take 7 days. In case they exceeded that time frame, will I be able to refund my money from paypal ?
